Exhibition space of 34 sqm / 366 sq ft, in the heart of the vibrant Cannaregio district, just a five-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge.
Located on the ground floor of Palazzo Morosini–Strozzi, a 15th-century building once used as a fondaco (merchant warehouse) and later as a local prison, the space overlooks a characteristic, high-footfall Venetian calle.
In the 1930s, the premises housed a renowned pastry shop run by chef Giuseppe Fersuoch, whose name is still visible on the façade; towards the end of the last century, it became a traditional Friulian wine bar.
The recent restoration, curated by Studio Esarchitettura, carefully preserved the original character of the space, highlighting its distinctive features: exposed 19th-century wooden beams, a two-tone Verona marble floor laid in a lozenge pattern, and walls finished with exposed brick or traditional calce rasata.
